Jonas had early success as an actor, appearing on both Broadway and film before hitting his teens. Putting his professional career on hold to complete his education, Jonas studied acting at both DePaul University and NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, from which he holds his B.F.A. Since college, Jonas has acted in plays with numerous theatre groups, including Bottom’s Dream Arts, Vital Theatre and Praxis Theatre Project, which he co-founded. In additional to his theatrical work, Jonas has also ventured into commercial voiceover work.

In his spare time, Jonas can be found crooning Sinatra at his favorite pub, entertaining his girlfriend’s niece and nephew with his numerous funny voices and faces, as well as passionately discussing everything from the Mets to Shakespeare to Presidential politics to Brian Wilson’s Smile.
